About us

Your Hosts: Mark and Jen have done a variety of things over the years. 25 years Dairy farming, followed by hospitality, retail, sales management to building and painting. Currently Jen works as a care giver for the elderly living alone in their homes and Marks works from home. We have 2 children and 2 grandchildren. The kids are all grown up and doing their own thing. So now we have a family of pets which include Ziggy the faithful feline, four industrious brown chickens and last but not least, Johnny, our very friendly pet sheep who keeps the orchard mown

We are both easy going, fun loving kiwis. We both love fishing, motorcycle riding (on and off road), traveling and meeting new people.

Jen comes from a Dutch background and speaks Dutch Both mark and Jen are trained first aiders so in the event of any accident or illness we will be able to help and get any assistance you may require.

We all welcome you to our home and peaceful hideaway.

All the pets are very people and children friendly...

We hope you have a safe and enjoyable stay with us and that you enjoy what our hideaway offers. Enjoy the peace and quiet, the gardens and the spa
